Uplen is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or Shopee. Your use of these platforms is subject to their terms of service and policies. We are not responsible for your compliance with these platforms' policies or any consequences resulting from your content distribution.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uplen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
